Booking Your GAMCA Medical Appointment in Goa

  1. Select Goa as your medical city on the booking form.
  2. Enter your National ID, like your passport number.
  3. Fill in your remaining passport and personal details — name, date of birth and other details, exactly as they appear on your documents.
  4. Choose your visa type.
  5. Complete your payment via UPI, card or bank transfer.
  6. Get your slip, usually within 15-30 minutes, valid for 30 days from your booking date.
  7. Check your assigned centre’s address; all three are around Margao, but confirm the exact location before you travel.

What to Do If Your Booking Payment Fails?

Sometimes the payment doesn’t go through, but the amount still gets deducted from your account. This happens occasionally with online payments and isn’t something to panic about.

  • Don’t submit the form again immediately. If the amount was deducted, wait and check your bank statement or UPI app first; duplicate payments can complicate things.
  • If you try to fill the form again right away, you may see an error asking you to complete your previous booking. This happens because your earlier data is already saved in the system, so a fresh form won’t go through until that’s resolved.
  • Wait around 30-40 minutes and try again. After this gap, the payment option usually becomes available again, and you can complete your booking normally.
  • Check if your slip was generated anyway. Sometimes the slip is created even when the payment confirmation is delayed. Check your email before assuming it failed.
  • If money was deducted but no slip arrived after waiting, contact us with your transaction ID, payment screenshot and the details you entered; we’ll help you sort it out rather than you having to start over blindly.
