Why Timing Matters Here

With four centres on the same road, the one thing that actually varies is closing time; Meraj shuts earliest at 4 PM, while Al-Medina and Focus stay open till 5 PM. Since you won’t know which centre you’re assigned until your slip is generated, it’s safer to book an early GCC appointment regardless of which one you get.

How to Book Your GAMCA Appointment Slip: Step by Step

Step 1: Go to the booking form and select your destination country and medical city.

Step 2: Fill in your details exactly as on your passport: name, date of birth, gender, marital status, passport number, issue date, issue place, and expiry date.

Step 3: Add your visa type, position applied for, and preferred appointment date.

Step 4: Add your phone number and email.

Step 5: Pay online via UPI, card or bank transfer.

Step 5: Your slip usually arrives within 15-30 minutes.

Step 2: Print two copies before your appointment.

Can I Recheck My GAMCA Medical Test?

Some candidates who are declared unfit at a GAMCA centre later get a private test done for the same condition and receive a different result. This does happen, and it’s a common enough concern that we get asked about it regularly.

If this happens to you, don’t assume nothing can be done. You can raise a formal complaint about your result directly with GAMCA at support@wafid.com explaining your case and attaching your private report if you have one. The medical centre itself cannot “recheck” or reverse your result informally; any correction has to go through this official process.
