By using WafidIndia.co, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Service: WafidIndia.co provides independent assistance for Wafid/GCC medical appointment booking. We are not affiliated with or officially connected to Wafid, GAMCA, or any GCC government authority.

  2. Customer Information: Customers are responsible for providing correct and accurate personal, passport, and contact details. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

  3. Appointment Slip: Once the Wafid/GCC appointment slip is successfully generated, the booking cannot be cancelled and the payment is non-refundable.

  4. Fees & Refunds: Our appointment assistance fee is ₹1,500/-. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

  5. Medical Examination: We do not conduct medical examinations or issue medical reports. Medical tests and fitness decisions are handled by authorized medical centers and relevant authorities.

  6. Appointment Availability: Appointment availability, fees, rules, and processing times may change depending on the official system and applicable authorities.

  7. Policy Changes: WafidIndia.co reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
